Candidate-reported interview process

I did a video interview with like 5-6 questions and then got a call from a recruiter on 3/15/24. After that, I had a Zoom interview on 3/22/24. Then I was set up for three Zoom interviews back-to-back, each 30 mins. I sent thank you emails to all 4 people I interviewed with. Then radio silence. I hit up the first recruiter and shortly after got an email from Autodesk saying I didn't get the gig.

it was a very in depth interview. Was great to see what autodesk has to offer. Love this company would recommend it to anyone. Autodesk does some of the coolest things in the world

i applied online through stepstone. they called me in 3 days for a screening interview, it was friendly and lasted 20 min. then i was invited on-site for two interviews. one with the manager and one with a colleague. both were professional and lasted 20 min. i got the job offer 5 days later.
