Candidate-reported interview process

First, I had a super helpful recruiter screen, and it was really fast. Then, I spoke with the hiring manager and three other team members. I got some awesome insights about the company and how things work here.

Had 4 interviews with the team recruiters, the manager, and the director. All were 45 mins long and over zoom. Mostly behavioral questions, but some boolean string searches too.

People were nice but the whole process was really disorganized. The TA lead in Germany cancelled the interview two times, once 15 minutes before it was supposed to start and then again 45 minutes before the rescheduled one. Makes you think they don't really care too much about how candidates feel.
