Candidate-reported interview process
Went through an HR call, then an in-person interview with the team. Recruiter kept in touch via email. It was a strange experience because the team members just sat there silently staring while I talked to the team lead.
it was nice and everything was laid out well, i didn't get the job but i was glad i made it to the interview because i had a task to complete before that stage which was strongly advised.
It went like this: first an online assessment, then an online interview. They asked me to design crc cards and then did some intuition tests. All in all, it was a pretty good experience. Gotta hit that word count, sorry.
