Candidate-reported interview process

recruiter was super late, then asked me to reschedule, I was so surprised by the unprofessional behavior. Makes me wonder about the company itself.

It was a two-stage thing. First, a quick call with the person I'd report to, then a sit-down with their boss. After that, an HR chat. Super simple process.
