Candidate-reported interview process

I only made it to the screening interview. The recruiter was really excited about my CV and we had a great chat. She loved that I have 4 years of experience in AECO in the same role with a direct competitor. She told me she would forward my CV to the hiring manager and I should hear back early the following week. By the end of that week, I hadn't heard anything so I emailed her. I got no response. I emailed again a few days later. Still nothing. Almost a week after that, I got an auto rejection.

The interview process involved 5 interviews in total, starting with a screening. It was really well organized, they even had a separate person just for setting up the interviews. Everything happened pretty fast, no long waits, and the recruiter was helpful throughout.

It was a 7 round process that took 2.5 months. They were slow to respond, sent a generic rejection after I spent a lot of time on it, and didn't follow up when I asked for feedback. But the team seemed nice, and the conditions would be good if you got the offer.
