Candidate-reported interview process

The whole thing was pretty good, though scheduling the interviews and getting responses back took a while, but it was worth the wait. The interviewers were nice and asked good questions related to the job.

so first you have a screening interview, with the talent acquisition lead, over video call and they record it. then if they think you’re a good fit, they send the transcript over to the hiring manager for them to look at.

First up was a chat with the recruiter, lasted about half an hour. Then, three more chats: first with the hiring manager, then I met with two product managers from the team, and finally, I talked to two managers from the dev side.
