Candidate-reported interview process

The HR sounded very picky and made judgements right at the interview, and she also shared negative reviews about the HM and the previous incumbent with me at the interview. For the whole interview she didn't ask any meaningful questions other than 'tell me about yourself'. In addition, she asked me to submit additional information via email after the interview but never had further feedback/replies, which made me feel not being respected. All in all, very negative interview experience.

Crickets for months. The initial screener was super enthusiastic and said to expect to hear back, but then nothing. Not a call. Not an email. No communication until the auto-generated one months later. Would've been nice to know sooner if they moved on.

It was 4 interviews, with HR, the hiring manager, a panel, and a business case. The process is fast, but afterwards they don't give you feedback or take a long time to make a decision. Of the 3 processes I was in, in one they hired an internal candidate and the other two moved locations.
