Candidate-reported interview process

I had two online interviews, but I had to leave the process for personal reasons. The people I met were great, they showed interest in getting to know me and explaining the day-to-day work.

so first, there was like, a screening call with HR, then I moved to interview with a peer, and then I interviewed with other team members, then the hiring manager, and then the final interview was with the head of the team.

It was a 7 stage process, each stage was focused on a different Autodesk value, and they mixed in competency based questions. You get to meet a bunch of different stakeholders, who have all been with the company for a while.
