It was three rounds, first HR, then the manager, and finally a technical round with the team lead. Had to show live finance skills and excel. HR did a good job letting me know about the timings and what was needed.
Never heard back after 2 interviews. One was 3 hours long. Highly unprofessional, wouldn’t refer anyone to work there. I emailed the recruiter for an update and also never heard back.
Had 4 Digital Interviews cuz of Covid. Started with a chat with the Autodesk Recruiter, then interviewed with the finance manager. Followed by a case study with the finance manager and some other Sr FAs. Ended with final discussions with the Finance Directors. Interviews were relaxed, they cared more about personality hints and thought process, not just exact answers.
