Candidate-reported interview process

Recruiter screening, then management, architecture, and code interview. Interviewer very respectful about candidate time. The interview have no stages. So you need to attend all the rounfs and the recruiter will tell you the result. Overall its a pleasant experience

I was sent to Workday to apply, and had to retype everything from my resume since it couldn't be exported. This is outdated tech and bad UX, and would take hours. I told them to just look at the resume. I think these job posts are more about data collection than hiring, they ask for too much personal info before any interview. I didn't give it. Then I got a generic email saying they weren't moving forward. It was hard to delete my Workday account too. Glad I didn't give them all my personal info, it's tough to get rid of it.

So, 6 rounds total for this Engineering Manager role, which overall felt like a good experience. Everyone I spoke with was nice and they were all on time. The recruiter did a good job of keeping me in the loop and updated about things.
