Candidate-reported interview process

it was a multi stage interview with a coding test and then a technical interview with senior management. They will ask you technical questions in the second stage. Both were held via zoom.

I went through 5 interviews: one with HR, a quick chat with the hiring manager, two technical interviews, and a final one focusing on soft skills. The first tech interview was about scripting - I had to solve a simple task like grabbing a file, reading it, finding specific words, and saving them to another file, using Python. The second tech interview was more involved; two people presented me with a scenario and asked what I'd do if that happened, moving to new situations as we discussed. The soft skills interview was quite in-depth, asking for lots of details and examples from my previous jobs where I had to make decisions.

The process was quite long enough with around 4 rounds of interviews. First 2 rounds are usually technical, then technical managerial, another manager, and HR. HRs keep you well informed on the entire process. Be confident, know your work, get familiar with the JD, keep your skills handy, and maintain your calm since it could get draining at some time.
