Candidate-reported interview process

The recruiter called me up cause I had a referral for the job. Apparently, everyone in Autodesk, India who has a referral gets a call. But, to no surprise, I got rejected straight away.

The hiring process was unfair and unprofessional. They assigned a heavy assessment with only 48 hours to complete it without first confirming if they could meet my salary expectations. It was a complete waste of time. Companies should discuss the salary range before requiring candidates to complete assessments. I spent an entire day on the assessment, only to be told during the next step that the maximum salary they could offer was CAD 110k, which is significantly below my expectations. Consequently, I decided to withdraw from the hiring process.

the interview go with this process First round with HR Then with the Hiring Manager Then 3 panel interviews: (1 lead business analyst, 1 senior business analyst, 1 Project Manager)
