Candidate-reported interview process

so like the whole interview thing had like four parts you know, first it was like HR looking at my resume then my manager talked to me, after that there was this technical part where I had to do some live coding for 45 minutes with three questions, and finally they checked if I'd fit in with the team culture.

The interview process involved 4 rounds: a Talent Acquisition telephone screen, then a Hiring manager interview, followed by a Team interview, and finally a Senior management interview. It took 2 months. After the final interview, which went well, I literally never heard from them again. Ghosted by an employer. First time to see that and very surprised to be honest! Not impressed.

The interview really dug into our culture values and how the company does things. They seemed to care more about soft skills, as long as you had at least the basic hard skills for the job.
