The interviews were pretty laid-back. Things moved quickly at first, but then there was a quiet period for a couple of weeks before I heard back. The communication about the final decision was a bit disappointing.
It was not a good interview experience. The hiring manager didn't ask me any skill or behavior-based questions. I'm not sure if she was uninterested from the start or if she's just inexperienced at interviewing.
The interview process was pretty intense-- it started with a phone screening, then I interviewed with the manager. After that, I had an interview with HR and another social media team member, and then interviewed with the CFO. Finally, I did a small project where I had to do an audit of their analytics account.
