Candidate-reported interview process

I applied and then heard back about 2-3 weeks later for an interview. It was with two separate groups. They asked pretty standard questions. Then I got a request for a background check, and after that went through, they gave me an offer.

This interview was based on my resume, covering my coding language skills, my last job, and my capstone project. They also asked if I knew about Agile and what kind of work culture I liked.

The interview process was pretty easy. The people I talked to seemed really genuine and honest. The company looks like a great place to work, and I think I did a good job communicating my skills. I'd recommend this process. I'm feeling good about my chances.
