It was a pretty straightforward interview, but they did ask some questions that made me think. First, I had a phone interview, and then I went in for an in-person one. The people interviewing me were really nice, and it was easy to connect with them!
I spoke with the manager and people in claims twice, it was a pretty standard process. Dressing well is a plus, the company used to have employees wear ties.
It was a super fun interview process! They asked great questions, and it seemed like an awesome company to work for! They asked me about my life, why I wanna work there, what I know about insurance, and what my long term goals are.
