Candidate-reported interview process

I had a phone call with HR and then I had 5 in-person interviews that were each 30 minutes long. These interviews were with managers and directors.

First, there was a phone screen. After that, I had a half day of interviews. It was like a bunch of interviews with actuarial managers. Each interview was about 30 minutes. The managers didn't seem to have a set list of questions. They were more focused on understanding what I wanted and what I had done before.

It was a 2 hour interview with 5 people. It was split into 4 parts. I had 30 minutes to talk to 3 people individually and then another 30 minutes to talk to a pair of people.
