The interview process is pretty extensive. They might give you a mechanical aptitude test and a behavioral or personality test. There are 3 rounds of interviews in total, including talking with the branch manager and the regional manager. You also have to do a ride-along with one of the current technicians.

We met, sat down, had small talk and then I took a ten-minute computer test mainly asking about drug use. After the test, we moved on to the interview. They didn't ask standard interview questions, but mostly about my fit within the company and how I would handle specific sales scenarios. I felt good about it because the branch manager said he wanted to call my former boss, have HR send a personality assessment, told me to check out employee profiles on LinkedIn to see if I'd be a good fit, and mentioned a second interview. However, my boss was never contacted, and I never got a second interview, so a better candidate must have interviewed after me.

The interview was casual and covered typical sales interview topics. Then, I completed an assessment to gauge my suitability. I accepted another job offer before proceeding further. Chris and Heather were very accommodating throughout. Chris even expedited the process for me due to my time constraints.
