After I applied, I had a short phone call with a recruiter or someone else from the company where they asked basic questions about my experience and salary expectations. Then, within a day or two, I had an in-person interview with the clinical director. It was pretty short, maybe 15-20 minutes long, and I got the offer later that same week.
Good interview. They asked me about my experiences. I was then asked if I could do a face-to-face interview. The interview process started with a phone screen, and then there was another interview.
Applied online and then got an email for a quick phone chat. The call covered pay, training dates, and location. After that, I was supposed to come in for interviews, but the day before, they cancelled. They said they didn't have anything in my area. It's frustrating because they wasted my time.
