They really want to get to know you and your personality. They are interested in learning about your experience with children with autism. If you have no experience they just want to know your willingness to learn about autism.
The interview was conducted virtually. It was easy to use and navigate. I had no problems during the interview. The interviewer was really nice and made me feel relaxed. I could choose my interview time from a virtual calendar link.
I did a Zoom interview with a panel of interviewers. It was nice and I liked learning about the company and its mission. It wasn't too hard, but just make sure you know your "why" and it'll be fine.
