The interview is entirely in Cantonese, usually with 5-6 people in a group. You'll introduce yourselves one by one. The interviewer will ask questions based on your CV and past experience. If you're not very interested in this job, it's not recommended to apply because the interview process can be awkward and lengthy. Most applicants likely get an interview invitation due to a high volume of candidates and short notice for interviews.
The interview involved discussions about my professional background, my understanding of the company's nature and the broader marketing environment. There was also a written test that took about an hour and a half. Interestingly, they ended up using all the content ideas I suggested in my written submission and during our conversation on their social media, without any modifications.
The interview focused on understanding my knowledge of autism, including its main signs and when it's usually diagnosed. They also asked about different therapy options and my reasons for thinking ABA is the best and most proven way to help people with autism.
