Candidate-reported interview process

I went through the interview for the Behavior Interventionist role at ABSI, and it was a really good time. Everything was set up nicely and easy to follow, the hiring team kept me updated. They asked me about my background, my understanding of ABA principles, and HIPAA rules. Plus, they told me about the company's vibe and what they're looking for.

the interview process was super chill and informative. it was really easy-going. my interviewer told me a lot about the position and got back to me fast. they cover your training as long as you stay for a year, but if you leave before that, you owe them 400 $.

It was a phone interview and it was pretty straightforward. They wanted to talk about the job and see if you were a good fit with their mission of helping kids with autism. They were really nice to everybody, even though they know this job isn't for just anyone.
