Candidate-reported interview process

Applied for a role and was excited to get an interview, but it was cancelled 5 minutes before it was supposed to start on the morning of the interview. I stayed in touch with the recruitment team who told me over the phone that an interview would happen soon, but it was delayed because of a meeting at the corporate level. After that, I never heard back from the team, which left me hanging and felt very disrespectful to job seekers.

I applied on a job website and got an interview offer via email. We scheduled it and then I had the interview on Zoom with two people. It felt like a standard zoom interview.

The first part was collecting all your information SS and DL which is not normal for a first interview. Waited for over an hour to be interviewed. Interviewer was starring and never blinked Very uncomfortable.
