The interview process has 3 steps. First, a recruiter from Talent Acquisition calls you. Then, you do a technical assessment with two interviewers who ask a lot of technical questions. Finally, you have the client interview. They were very friendly.
The interview went pretty well overall. I liked how it was conversational, but it felt more like a discussion about what we both liked and how we work rather than a strict Q&A. It seems really important that candidates have a similar approach to get hired. For technical interviews, really prepare in depth. I do think the interviewers could be a bit more collaborative in how they communicate.
I had a really good time interviewing. The people I talked to were nice and professional, which made me feel relaxed. We talked about my background, what I'm good at, and how that fits with what the company is trying to do. The questions they asked made me think and were directly related to the job. Overall, it was a good and informative chat.
