The interview process was smooth, well-organized, and respectful of my time. It started with a screening call with HR, then two video interviews with team members. The last step was an in-person interview at their office, where I met more of the team and got a feel for the company culture. Everyone was friendly, transparent, and passionate about their work. The whole experience made me feel valued and excited.
You'll start with a phone call screening and a chat about your resume. Then, there's a video call. If that goes well, you'll move on to assessment rounds and some behavioral questions.
After submitting the application, my resume was shortlisted, and then there was an initial screening call on the phone to check my qualifications and if I was a good fit. After that, there was an interview round and a technical assessment. If successful, I received a job offer and then a background check.
