Candidate-reported interview process

It started with a screening call, then an in-person interview with a panel. State agencies can take a while to process candidates, but a good hiring manager will keep you in the loop about the timeline.

I had trouble getting interview confirmation beforehand. I was waiting for my interview to start, but the call didn't come until 30 minutes after it was supposed to. We had to reschedule.

The interview was a good experience. They asked about my prior clinical work and any inpatient care experience I had. We discussed what the job entails, and I met some of the other interns. A hospital tour wasn't provided.
