First, a phone screening interview. Then, if they like you, an in person interview. They'll email you about everything. The job offer is made over the phone. The longest part is the reference check.
I should have known this company was a joke from the interview. Their cameras were broken, so they couldn't be on during the interview. After waiting 3 weeks, I got an offer letter. When I tried to negotiate for a higher salary, they rescinded their offer, saying they decided to go in a different direction. This wasn't true, as they reposted the job on Indeed, but at a much lower range than what they even offered me. Their unprofessionalism baffled me.
I sent in my application and in just a few days, I got an email asking for more info. Right after that, they set up a phone interview. They respond super fast, which is great for people just starting out.
