The interview process was pretty chill. There were 2 interviewers asking you questions, mostly situational questions and about your skills. A medical assistant certification wasn't required. The interviewers were nice and even gave hints on how to answer the questions.
So first I had a recruiter call, then I went in for an in-person interview. After that, I had a virtual interview with HR and then they offered me the job.
It went well, just seemed like a nice conversation to get to know each other and the work environment. Had two separate interviews with different people involved over a period of few weeks then was invited for on-site interview as well
