I had a phone interview with someone from Florida. They said I'd have a Teams interview later, but I'm still waiting to hear back about an offer.
First, I had a recruiter call through a relocation consultancy, followed by a second interview. Then, a technical interview with management and a panel of questions plus success cases, along with HR-conducted competence and psychological/profile tests. Finally, a pre-employment medical exam and a job offer.
I had an interview with HR and the hiring manager over Teams. The hiring manager talked most of the time, and I felt I had to interrupt him to talk about my experience. After 45 minutes, he said the next step was a panel interview in about two weeks. Two weeks passed, and I heard nothing. I followed up, but got no response. I followed up again, and about an hour later, I received an automated rejection email. It's frustrating when the process is communicated incorrectly.
