The interview process was long and didn't seem very productive. There were four interviews, and the questions felt disorganized, rushed, and repetitive. It was confusing to meet with staff and see classrooms for one grade level, then be told later that the position would be for a different grade level.
I got a phone call asking me to come in for an in person interview. The interview was with a panel of 3 people. They asked me what I knew about the school, how I’ve dealt with tough situations and what my previous employer would say about me.
The process was super easy. They get back to you super fast. After that, they do a background check and scan your fingerprints. Make sure you dress right and bring your resume, ID, and cover letter. You'll meet with the school's administrators and some teachers.
