Austin Film Festival Interview Questions

I got a response within a week after I applied and they set up an interview. It was pretty chill and more like a chat. They asked me about my past experiences, what I knew about the company, and why I was interested in the internship. It was a pretty fast process overall.

The interview process was brief and professional. The main goal was to assess your seriousness about the internship and your overall fit. They asked fundamental interview questions and emphasized the importance of handling confidential information, particularly concerning films.

Applied via a staffing agency, got an email a week before the interview from the employer suggesting an interview, then had the interview at the company, and finally got an acceptance email from the employer.
