Candidate-reported interview process

I had a virtual panel interview with teachers, administrators, and students. Each person asked me at least 2 questions. They spent about 15 minutes reviewing my mock lesson plan and asked more questions after I presented it.

I really liked Mariela and Katie. The interview involved a model teach. We then chatted about my past experiences, and I got feedback on my strengths and areas for improvement. They also showed me some data, and I had to analyze it to figure out what I'd do in my classroom to help students improve. They made me feel comfortable even though I was pretty nervous.

The interview went alright. They extended an offer for a role I didn't even apply for, which was a bit confusing. Salary details aren't available on their site, so you have to get an offer to figure out the pay.
