The interview process involved a very nice laboratory. The work environment is good and has flexible work hours. Colleagues are nice, too. The interview process involved a very nice laboratory. It was a zoom call, super quick and easy. The questions were pretty basic, so someone with about 5 months of experience would have no problem answering them. They really focused on asking about my experience with lab instruments.
You meet with 5 people, one at a time. They each look at your resume and ask you usual interview questions. They also will tell you about the company, and see how you see yourself in a couple years, nothing out of the ordinary. I believe each of the people take up to 30 to 45 minutes. Sometimes if anyone of them are too busy, they will not meet with you, but overall the interview process was easy.
