The interview process was very formal yet also comfortable, making me feel right at home. They reviewed my email and discussed my work experience, showing they had read it.

The recruiters, project managers, and HR staff I met were all really nice and professional, which was great. The two Senior Managers I interviewed with were friendly and knew a lot about the project I was interviewing for. I thought the whole process was really professional, interesting, and I learned a lot. I left with a lot of respect for the company and the people there. I've told a bunch of people looking for jobs about this place.

The management and HR team at Ausgar were really flexible and accommodating, managing to fit me in despite a busy holiday schedule. I spoke with two different managers who both took the time to explain the role and the company in a lot of detail. I felt the whole interview process was very straightforward and fair.
