I went through a pretty tough interview process for the Project Scheduler role. It was an all-day, in-person thing where I met with five different directors. I talked to the commissioning director, the Engineering director, the PMO director, and the managing director. They all asked me questions related to their specific departments to see if I knew my stuff in those areas.
Got in touch through a recruitment agency and they arranged an on-site meeting. Didn't have to do any extra tests, it was just a nice get-to-know-you chat. Unfortunately, I didn't get hired, but at least it wasn't an excessively long application process. It was for a temporary position, so I don't have experience with a permanent role at this company.
First, a CV screening by a recruiter. Then, extensive testing, including Excel knowledge, number series, and personality tests. After that, an on-site interview with the recruiter, HR manager, and a team member, followed by a feedback session. The whole process takes at least 1.5 months.
