Super simple selection process. It included individual presentations, a group activity, and an interview. The evaluators were very professional.
The hiring process was really straightforward and quick, with both online and in-person parts. Online, I submitted my resume and a video about my story and why I want to work at Aurora. In person, there was a group activity and a one-on-one interview.
The entire selection process happened in just one day, which I thought was great. It started with an interview with HR, followed by two personality tests.
