Candidate-reported interview process

The interviewers were super nice and asked about my life story, values, and motto, as well as my thoughts on relationships. They offered me a good salary, but I had already accepted another job.

The interview was pretty straightforward. They asked me questions relevant to a first-year teacher, even though I didn't know all the answers. Despite that, they offered me the position and provided a great mentor program.

I interviewed with the principal and assistant principal in a room. Since I was starting mid-year, the interview was less intense than usual because they were really eager to hire someone.
