I had an interview scheduled for a specific time and took time off work for it. About five minutes late, I got a cancellation notice. The recruiter then said we could reschedule or they could send a questionnaire as a phone screen. Since I had already used PTO and couldn't take more time off, I chose the questionnaire. However, they never sent it. I followed up two days later but heard nothing back. Later, I saw my application status indicated an offer had been made to someone else. While I get that hiring plans change, cancelling after the start time and then not sending the promised questionnaire was unprofessional, especially since I took time off.
The initial phone chat was brief and simple. They asked the usual things and gave me some info about the company. The person interviewing me was nice and easy to connect with. It was a good experience overall.
I had an interview for the Medical Scribe position. They asked basic questions about why I was interested in the job. It wasn't too difficult and the interviewer was really nice. I couldn't take the job because my availability didn't align with their required hours.
