There were 2 phone calls. The first was with HR where I talked about myself and they told me about the company. The second call was with my direct supervisor, and we discussed projects from my resume and my interest in the company's current projects.
I applied for several jobs online. A few weeks later, a recruiter wanted to set up a phone interview. I told them when I was free, but they never replied or followed up. It was really unprofessional.
I had to prep and give a 45-minute presentation covering the technical aspects of a previous project. After that, I went through two 30-minute one-on-one interviews where I was asked several technical design questions.
