Candidate-reported interview process

Super nice and professional interview process. Started with an online screening call that had personal and tech questions. Then there was an in-office section with more in-depth tech questions, a practical exercise, and some cultural/behavioral questions.

I applied online, and the first step was a virtual interview that covered basic resume questions without going too deep. Then, I had an in-person interview which was in two parts. The first part tested my problem-solving and technical skills for the role. The second part, with the department head, included both technical and behavioral questions. Everyone was really nice during the process.

It was a really nice interview process. The people I spoke with were super friendly and professional. I was pretty nervous beforehand, but they totally put me at ease and the whole thing was pretty fun and went smoothly.
