The first interview stage was a 30-minute behavioral chat and a general problem-solving case study. After that, there was a second round that included a 1-hour behavioral interview and a case study focused on the energy industry and long-term pricing comparisons.
First part was a review of my CV and the skills needed for the role. Second part was answering my questions. The last part involved quantitative problems.
I had two interviews, and they were pretty similar. They asked me some energy-related questions and some logical ones. Both interviews also included a case study. I initially applied for a data analyst role, but after the first interview, they suggested a different position for me. It's been a month since the second interview, and they said they'd get back to me in a week, but I still haven't heard anything. The whole thing took about 3-4 months, which I thought was way too long and not very professional.
