Made it to the second stage, but the interviewer seemed totally uninterested in learning more about me and had a poker face. Felt like a complete waste of time.
The first step is a 30-minute chat with someone from the team, which should be listed on their website. It's a basic screening where they ask about you and tell you about Aurora. The person interviewing was really friendly.
After applying, I heard back in a few days. The interview was on Microsoft Teams with two interviewers, though one was mostly observing. Even though the job was in Oakland, they seemed open to remote work from their Austin, TX office.
