Candidate-reported interview process

I went through 2 interview rounds, the last one being an assessment center. I interviewed with two managers, and we covered some behavior questions and 1 case study. The case study was about market size. However, I had to make several assumptions during the process, and they basically didn't correct me, so I ended up with a wrong answer.

You start with an application, then there's a cognitive ability test online which was pretty tough. After that, there was an easy case study online. The final round was in person and involved two harder case studies and a written exercise. Honestly, after the initial test, the interviews and case studies are not that difficult, and there aren't many spots left. If you nail the interview basics like aligning with the company, taking your time, answering confidently, and having solid answers for personal questions, you'll probably get in. One interviewer was really engaged, but the other seemed less interested and asked questions less clearly.

Application process involved applying, then a first round with an online interview. A team member asked about motivations and also tough probability and math problems that really probe your thinking process and your ability to articulate how you arrived at your answers.
