The first interview was on Microsoft Teams. It started with competency-based questions, then a case study focusing on calculation skills. The interviewer was good, but HR seemed disorganized and unpleasant.
It was a 50-minute online interview. The first part focused on behavioral questions, and the second part was a case study. You could ask questions at the end. The interviewer was good, but the HR was really bad.
Submitted my CV and cover letter, then had a phone call where we went through a case study. The interviewer asked some questions like 'tell me a time when...' that didn't seem relevant to the role and made some odd comments. Never heard back afterwards, which was bad HR.
