I went through three interviews for this role. The process was super smooth and efficient. The recruiter was very helpful and supportive, honestly one of the best interview experiences I've had. They responded within about a week between each interview. Each interview kicked off with introductions, followed by a case study.
So there were 4 phases. First, the interviewer introduced himself, his work history, and his role. Then I talked about myself, my studies and work experience. After that, there was a test with some questions to answer. Finally, we had a chat where I also asked my questions about the company and the job. The whole thing took about an hour.
This is the first out of 3 rounds. We talked about my CV/experience, then I was given a case study to assess the viability of implementing a new energy innovation. It was a 45-minute interview that went well. I had 5 minutes at the end to ask my own questions.
