They did a case study competence questions, and then a quantitative case study. This involved scenarios and 2-3 questions. You would need a paper and calculator.
i went through two rounds of interviews. the first round covered basic behavioral and experience questions, and included a case study that involved calculations. the second round was similar, covering the same types of questions but in a different language. the case study seemed like typical online test questions, focusing on the energy sector, and also asked for sales or usage strategies based on the calculations.
The interviewer was very friendly. They had several questions like brain teasers, and the interviewer guided you step by step to get the answer, and they encouraged you to speak up your chain of thoughts.
