Candidate-reported interview process

It started with some general interview questions, then moved into a technical part where I had to analyze electricity market data. The interview was online with one person.

First part, I had personal questions and we talked about my work experience. They asked me why I wanted to join Aurora and my motivations for changing roles. Second part, I had a simple numerical case study about electric vehicles.

The interview process was quite rigorous and a little disorganized. I did enjoy meeting the interviewers though, and they seemed to have a pretty positive outlook about the company. The interview consisted of three rounds: the first was a game theory round, the second was a strategic case study, and the third involved probability questions.
