Candidate-reported interview process

I had 3 interviews in total, but only completed 2 of them. The first two interviews were split into two parts. The first half focused on work experience and behavioral questions, and the second half involved analytical puzzle questions. The third interview was supposed to be a case study.

Had 3 stages of online interviews, which mostly involved maths case studies and questions about my experience. The number of interview stages was different from what they advertised on the website (which said 2 phases, with one including a writing challenge).

The HR team was really nice and welcoming. The interviewers were professional and made me feel comfortable. I liked the interview, it was intellectually stimulating. It covered my motivation, soft skills, and analytical abilities.
