They called me and asked to do a zoom call interview. Then the recruiter called and asked about salary. When I told the recruiter that I wanted at least 40/hr she tried to argue with me. I interviewed with the program director and was offered the position a few days later. They showed me around the department and I got to ask current employees questions. A medical physical was required. The process was pretty easy overall, and HR was easy to work with.
It was pretty straightforward. The hiring manager met with me and then showed me around the facility to give me a feel for how things operate and to see how I'd react to the environment. I also got to talk about my previous work experience.
