AUROLIFE PHARMA Interview Questions

Applied online and then got a call from HR. We scheduled the formal interview and I got there 30 minutes early. They gave me a basic lab math test, which was weird to be given to someone with a certified degree, but it wasn't hard. I ended up waiting over an hour past my interview time to see HR. The interview itself was with HR, then the plant manager, and then HR again. HR really emphasized that any work done while getting my degree was irrelevant now.

A recruiter reached out after meeting me at a career fair and then we set up an interview via email. I took an English and math test while waiting in the lobby. Then, 2 scientists interviewed me for about 30 minutes in a conference room. I got to ask them questions too. After that, I spoke with HR again in the lobby.

Went in for an interview with the Plant, Compliance, and QA Managers. They gave me a tour of the plant and I had to take a basic English and aptitude test. Then I got a call back for a second interview, and after that, they offered me the job, which I accepted after passing a drug test and background check.
